The process step by step

2. Free visit to your home. An engineer visits your home, measures the staircase precisely and recommends the right model: straight (HomeGlide) or curved with a made-to-measure rail (Flow X).

4. Manufacture and installation. If the staircase is curved, the rail is made to measure. On installation day our engineers leave the stairlift working and show you how to use it safely.
