The Catalan Lift Industry Association, known as GEDAC, plays a crucial role in accessibility and mobility in Catalonia. It brings together companies specialising in the installation and maintenance of a wide range of lifting equipment: passenger lifts, goods lifts, escalators and platform stairlifts. Its mission is to represent and promote the interests of the sector’s companies before the public authorities, bodies and institutions concerned throughout Catalonia.
GEDAC acts as a key interlocutor between its member companies and local and regional authorities, making sure the sector’s issues are heard.
